We all loved celebrating the Second Sunday of Easter as Diving Mercy Sunday!
Divine Mercy Sunday is a beautiful, modern denotation to the attribute of God’s infinite mercy that was announced by Saint Faustina Kowalska of Poland, and later to our Universal Church by Pope Saint John Paul II, the Mercy Pope!
This devotion has many facets to experience – it involves this divinely-inspired painting of Jesus with His promises for its veneration, the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Divine Mercy Novena. Saint Faustina also wrote her Diary of her whole experience, lifted up the Holy Hour of 3:00 p.m. each day, and of course the beautiful solemn feast day of Divine Mercy Sunday!
How did you celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday this year? Let us know on social media! God Bless and keep your UPRISE!
